Thank you for placing your order with us! Each piece is handmade in UK/Surrey, as such our standard delivery time is within 1-2 weeks from the date of payment. However, if you require your order earlier, please let us know by sending us a message, and we will do our best to prioritise your order to meet your deadline.

We want to ensure that your order arrives as quickly and reliably as possible, which is why we always use Royal Mail 1st Class for shipping, unless otherwise specified. You can trust that your order will be handled with care and delivered securely and promptly.

What is the returns policy?

Since each piece of jewellery is handmade and bespoke, we do not accept returns once an order has been placed and shipped. 
However, if there is a fault with your item, such as a need for resizing or repair, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and will do everything we can to repair and restore your beautiful jewellery.

Pea's Beads is currently an online-only store, so all our pieces are available to browse and buy right here on the website. 
Photos on each product page show plenty of detail and true-to-life colours.

We do yes. Please note that an additional charge will apply for this service. If you would like to add gift wrapping to your order, please let us know, and we will be happy to arrange it for you.

How can I best care for my jewellery?

We believe in the importance of quality and longevity. Our jewellery is crafted using only the highest-grade crystals and materials to ensure that it lasts,. To keep your jewellery looking and feeling its best, we recommend avoiding exposure to water, as this can cause the gold letters to tarnish more quickly. 
Crystals naturally charge by being in sunlight, but please don't leave your crystal jewellery in direct sunlight for too long as it may make the crystal colours fade.
