Hi, I am Nina.
Pea's Beads started in March 2020, when I was pregnant with baby number two and the world had just....stopped. With some serious encouragement from my husband and one very persuasive friend, I picked up some crystals, beads and shells and just started making things. Turns out, that was the start of something..
I have always been a bit obsessed with gemstones, shells, beads and crystals, so this felt like the perfect way to channel that into something creative.
The name? All thanks to my eldest daughter Penelope- my original muse. With her free-spirited soul and serious accessory game. These days, Pea's Beads is a little love letter to all my three children, who keep me inspired (and very busy).
My hope is that you have as much fun wearing your Pea's Beads piece as I do making it.
I work closely with you to create something that's truly yours; picking out the right crystals and materials, talking through ideas and handcrafting each piece with care.
